Month 2 (Weeks 5-8): The dose increases to 0.5 mg per week.

Month 3 (Weeks 9-12): The dosage is further increased to 1.0 mg per week.

Month 4 (Weeks 13-16): The dose is adjusted to 1.7 mg per week.

Month 5 and Beyond (Weeks 17+): The maintenance dose reaches 2.4 mg per week.
