Where should I inject my subcutaneous (SubQ) medication?
Updated over a week ago

Subcutaneous injections are typically given in areas where there is a layer of fat between the skin and the muscle, such as the abdomen (at least an inch away from the navel), the thigh, the back or side of the upper arm, or the upper buttock. Always ensure to rotate your injection sites to prevent skin problems. However, specific injection sites may depend on the type of medication you're using, your personal comfort, and your healthcare provider's instructions.
