A Guide to Using NAD+ Nasal Spray

This quick guide provides step-by-step instructions for using NAD+ nasal spray. It includes essential preparation, proper spray techniques, and aftercare tips to ensure a safe and effective experience. Follow these simple steps to correctly use NAD+ nasal spray and maintain it for optimal results.

Preparation for Use

  1. Wash your hands with warm water and soap, then dry them thoroughly to prevent contamination.

  2. Check the product to ensure it has not expired and that the bottle shows no signs of damage. Do not use the product if it is past the expiration date.

Using the Nasal Spray

  1. Gently shake the bottle before use to ensure the solution is well mixed.

  2. If you're using the spray for the first time or haven't used it in a while, prime the pump by pointing the nozzle away from you and pressing down until a fine mist appears.

  3. Hold the spray bottle with your index and middle fingers on each side of the nozzle and your thumb underneath for support. Tilt your head slightly forward.

  4. Gently insert the nozzle into one nostril while closing the other. Press down on the pump to release the spray as you breathe in gently. Avoid tilting your head back or sniffing hard, as this may cause the medication to go into your throat.

  5. Repeat the same process for the other nostril.

Aftercare and Storage

  • Avoid blowing your nose immediately after using the spray to allow the solution time to absorb.

  • Clean the nozzle by rinsing it with warm water, then let it air dry to prevent contamination.

  • Refrigerate the nasal spray after each use.

  • Keep it out of reach of children and store it in a secure location.
