Address changes can only be made before an order is placed or refilled. If your order has already been placed and approved, please contact Customer Support to check if the address can still be updated.
You can request a refill of your treatment by following these steps:
On your dashboard, navigate to the "Treatments" tab.
Select the treatment you wish to refill.
Once you've selected a treatment, click on the "Manage" tab.
To order a refill, click the "Place an order" button.
A pop-up window will appear. Click the "Order" button to place a refill order.
Once completed, a notification will appear confirming that a new order has been placed.
