What is the processing time?
Processing time is currently 3–5 business days. Once your order has been approved, we will send your prescription to our partner pharmacy to be compounded. During high-demand periods, it may take up to 7–10 business days. Please note, our pharmacy partners are closed on weekends and holidays.
Is shipping included with each order?
Yes, you will receive free shipping on all medications filled by one of our partnering pharmacies.

Once you've been prescribed medication, it's natural to want it as soon as possible. However, there are a few factors that can affect the processing and delivery time of your medication.

In most cases, this 3–5 day processing time is sufficient for us to fulfill your prescription. However, there are situations where it may take longer.
High-Demand Situations
In some cases, there may be high demand for certain medications. This can happen if there is a shortage of supply from the manufacturer or if there is a higher-than-usual number of patients requesting the same medication.
In these situations, our processing time may be extended to 7–10 days. This is to ensure that we have enough medication in stock to fulfill all of our patients' prescriptions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we are working to get your medication to you as soon as possible.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email. This link will allow you to track the status of your delivery and see an estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order Through the Patient Portal
In addition to the tracking link, you can also track your order via your patient portal. This is a secure online platform where you can access all your prescription information.
Through the patient portal, you can view the status of your prescription, any upcoming refills, and communicate directly with our pharmacists if you have any questions or concerns.
How do I track my order?
You may track your order through the Patient Dashboard. Follow the steps below:
Log in to your patient portal.
Navigate to your Treatments.
Click on the treatment you want to track.
You will see your tracking information under the Timeline.
How long does it usually take for a package to ship after the label is created?
The time varies based on the sender's processing speed and the carrier's pickup schedule. Typically, it should move to the next status within a few days.
Why is my package not shipped immediately after the label is created?
After a label is created, a package might still be undergoing processing or packaging at the sender's facility. There can also be a delay in the carrier picking up the package due to weekends, holidays, or logistical reasons.
What action should I take if my package is stuck on "Label Created" status?
If the package remains in this status longer than expected, contact our support team via email at [email protected].
Does this "Label Created" status mean that my package is lost?
No. This status does not indicate a lost package. It simply means the package is still with the sender or awaiting pickup by the carrier.
What does "Label Created, Not Yet Shipped" mean for UPS and FedEx?
This status means that the sender has prepared a shipping label for an upcoming shipment, but the carrier (UPS or FedEx) has not yet received the package for transportation.
Do I need to be at home to sign for my order?
No. Our free 2-day shipping does not require a signature for your convenience.
