Every doctor and nurse practitioner available on the IVY RX platform is a licensed healthcare professional in the U.S. Before joining the platform, each professional undergoes a thorough background check and verification process to ensure their license is valid.

Is it legal to prescribe medication online?

IVY RX has developed telemedicine technologies that enable licensed doctors and nurse practitioners to provide medical services and care to patients remotely.

Every healthcare professional you communicate with is authorized to diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, and treat patients within your state of residence.


How quickly will a physician review my initial history?

After your online visit, a doctor will review your medical history within 24 hours. If you have been waiting longer than 24 hours, please email [email protected].


Is a prescription required to use IVY RX services?

Yes. All of the treatments offered by IVY RX require a prescription. However, through our online platform, you can consult with a healthcare provider who will evaluate your condition and, if appropriate, provide a prescription to be filled by our partner pharmacies.


How do I message my providers?

Once you have an account with IVY RX, you can communicate with your providers through our secure patient portal.

What should I do if I have an emergency?
